IMPORTANT: Booths are assigned on a first-come, first-paid basis (booth assignments are only granted after registration AND payment is received). Online booking and credit card payment preferred via Eventbrite only. Check payments accepted with completed form. Booth will be assigned on availability.

ALCOHOL VENDORS ARE NOT PERMITTED AS OF 2024 unless part of the Rotary Craft Ale & Wine Garden.

Reservation Options:

  1. EVENTBRITE *Fastest way to secure your exact location & pay with credit card* Reserve and pay online with credit card (includes processing and services fees). This is the ONLY credit card, online reservation portal to reserve booth space.
  2. Pay with Check: Reserve online and select Pay with Check during checkout - space is not guaranteed unless check is received within 1 week of booking.
  3. Vendor packet is available if you wish to mail in a check. Preferred booth space is not guaranteed as online is first-come, first-served. Complete form with check here

10'x10' or 10'x20' booth spaces: If you wish to reserve more than one 10'x10' space, you must purchase the booth space(s) side by side. Park Road 10'x20' truck/trailer spaces are $900 for the 10'x20' space only with electric.

Event Hours: Thursday July 11 from 4-10pm; Friday, July 12 from 4-11pm; Saturday July 13 from 1-11pm (Price includes all 3 days - No option for 1 or 2 days) Vendors are encouraged to remain open all 3 days, however, it is not required as we understand staffing may be an issue. You may keep your tent/booth items overnight as we have security on site.

Electric: Limited electric available. Vendor must bring extension cord.

Deadline to Register: JUNE 1, 2024

Parking Passes: Vendors will receive only 1 parking pass for the Red Vendor Lot. Passes will be mailed to the address on your event registration. No additional parking passes.

F OOD & DRINK VENDORS:

  1. You are required to submit a Certificate of Liability Insurance naming CTCC and Cranberry Township, 2525 Rochester Road, Cranberry Township, PA 16066 as Additionally Insured if you are selling food and drink at Community Days. Email a copy of the COI to communitydays@cranberrytownship.org or mail it to: CTCC at 2525 Rochester Road, Suite 450, Cranberry Township, PA 16066 prior to June 15, 2024.

AS OF 2024, ALCOHOL VENDORS (wine, beer, liquor) are not permitted unless part of the Rotary Craft Ale & Wine Garden.

Frequently asked questions

What type of vendors attend?

We accept all types of vendors: handmade, small business, nonprofit, food, drink, business, etc. Alcohol/Wine vendors are not permitted as of 2024 unless part of the Rotary Craft Ale & Wine Garden.

Can I sell my product?

Yes - all vendors are permitted to sell products.

How many people attend the event?

More than 50,000 guests attend during the 3-day event.

Does my booth need to be open all 3 days?

We prefer to have our vendors available during operating hours, however, we understand it is a lot to cover especially if you have a location already open that day. You are welcome to come and go as you are available; however, discounts will not be granted if you cannot attend all 3 days.

Can I sign up to be a vendor during the event?

No – Vendors must register online or via mail-in form by June 1 to be included as a vendor.

Is it rain or shine?

Yes - the show will go on rain or shine.

Does my booth have access to electric?

Only certain booths have access to electric. Make sure you select a booth with electric if you need access. Electric is limited to one, 120v plug. Vendor must bring 50ft+ extension cord. If you require 220v provisions, you must contact us before registering.

Can I bring/use my generator?

Generators may be used only in self-contained food trucks/trailers on Park Road and must be quiet.

Can I drive to my booth?

Vendors can only drive on Park Road Wednesday and Thursday until 1pm. Park Road will be closed at 1pm Thursday until 1am Sunday, July 14. No driving on the grass. Vendor Services is available from the Red Vendor Lot only and will cart items to you booth.

Is there security? Can I leave my booth items overnight?

Yes – overnight security will be on site, along with daily coverage by the Cranberry Township Police Department. We suggest lowering your tent for wind/weather.

Will my competitors be there?

CTCC does not limit the types of businesses in attendance, however, we do our best to make sure that competitors booths are not close by.

CTCC hosts community events throughout the year such as CTCC Community Days, Martinis with Monet, Community Chase 5K, Christmas Tree Gallery, and the Project of the Year fundraiser.
